Mr Stephen Blair has been at the forefront of research and development into better ways of treating varicose veins and their complications for over 30 years. He has been a Consultant Vascular and General Surgeon at Arrowe Park Hospital and is now based at The Liverpool Varicose Vein Clinic in Rodney Street with complex cases treated at the Spire Hospital on the Wirral.
